It’s a fairly standard interview process—you’ll start by meeting with a recruiter, then move on to the hiring manager, followed by the team lead. You’ll also complete an assessment during the process.

It turns out this is common with this company. They talk to candidates and ghost you after speaking with a friend who spoke to them. I would not recommend moving forward with them.
