I was recruited and interviewed by phone with Jeff Woods. He was very friendly and inquired mainly about my previous experience, and some "life" questions to gauge character. When I reported on Monday for orientation we also had a face to face interview where I think that my conversation with the recruiter confirmed that I was the kind of driver that would be suitable for the company.

Nothing out of the ordinary with the hiring process. They contact you over the phone, then they give you their sales pitch. They do a good job of selling you on joining them but it is a bunch of BS when all is said and done.
