Very chilled out, incredibly friendly and approachable staff. Just want to know you as a person and get to know your lifestyle. Couldn't have asked for a better interview experience really.

Arrived for a group interview where we were greeted by about 6 members of the team from across the ranks. We would then do teambuilding exercises in two groups with informal chat to the current staff asking any questions we had. Then one by one everyone would be taken out for an interview one-2-one. Overall the interview was around 3 hours.

It was a fifteen minute long zoom call with cameras on, they asked me three questions and then they said they would be in touch soon. I received an email about a week later.
