• They don't have a standard interview timeline • High probability of being ghosted after the interview (even if you send a follow-up email to the recruiter/HR, they will not respond unless they are sure of you) • Some interviewer doesn't sell their company to you and most likely make you feel the need to impress them to get the job (yup, they will make you feel that you need the job more than they need you) P.S. Their HR/Recruiter/Interviewer would best reflect the values and work ethics of the company, even from the email/text messages be aware of how they communicate (e.g. tone, message structure, and timing). Trust your gut instinct.

The questions are based on your experience, your understanding of the position, etc. * Give them a question that genuinely matters to you (ex. work-life balance, career progression, employee turnover, and the reasons, etc.). Again, trust your instinct if they're merely sugar-coating their answers or not.

Entretien
Very straightforward. I love how interviewer did not waste time and we had good information exchange. Upfront as well. I also like that they were able to schedule some of the interviews outside of business hours which did not interfere with current employment. I think some of their recruiters are like that, not sure if it's company-wide.

Salary expectation was the main initial question because of their budget.
It was very long and conducted at odd hours. Whenever the manager was available only. Took awhile to confirm the schedule and the time wasted while reviewing other offers was better suited else where

Straight forward interview. I had three rounds. It was surprisingly a fast interview process. I was interviewed by the hr, hiring managers and another manager that i will closely work with. They are transparent with how it is working with them
