J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Globe Life (Virgil, NY) en juill. 2023

The whole process felt very scammy. They put me through 3 rounds of interviews in 2 days, I got the feeling they desperately needed someone, and I soon discovered why. Upon probing, I learned that I would need to complete a 200$ course with no compensation for that or the 52 hours it takes to complete. In addition, the training period is essentially uncompensated as they only pay by commission. They made a big deal of telling me that there were "many other applicants but they chose to go with me", which felt very unprofessional and I highly doubted was true, as I can't imagine many people were dying to accept the terms of their employment.

Question 1
Didn't really ask many questions about my previous work, mostly just talked at me about the company.

Group interview setting was weird, odd pacing, and overly fast timeline to start. Pushy questions like rate 1-10 how ready and excited you are to start working. Higher up walking in mid 2nd round interview seemed like an odd tactic. Overall did not seem like a place that I would want to work

It was a three point process and the first one was a video that was definitely recorded, but made it seem like they were talking to you. Then they double messaged me so I got set up for the Video twice, but I have an interview and we’ll see how it goes.

2 interviews with a 3rd pending if selected. Group style interview. 1st is a few minutes to check you out as a person. Second is the group setting. It's very easy.
