Process was painfully slow. The interviewers were all very friendly but none of them seemed empowered to make a decision. The IT department seems dysfunctional and not trying very hard to break old habits and I'd expect LOTS of bureaucracy to exist behind the walls.

Standard interview questions. All interviewers asked relevant questions. A few standards like "tell me about a time when you..." mostly they wanted to tie experience to their current needs which is perfectly normal.
