The interview wasn’t too difficult, as most of the questions focused on framework management. However, I hope they improve their candidate filtering process, especially in the AI era. At certain moments, I noticed the interviewer seemed tired, possibly from conducting multiple interviews. It made me wonder if companies should rethink their approach to technical assessments to make the process more engaging and efficient for both candidates and interviewers.
