Entretien
The first round was more about discussing the candidate's work profile and the daily tasks handled during the tenure served with the current employer. The second round was a bit odd as it was taken by a lead business analyst. The candidate had mentioned during the introduction, that the role of a BA was provided out of necessity within the project and the tricks and trades of a BA were being implemented through working within that project environment. However, the interviewer wanted the candidate to answer theoretically proper and concise definitions and terms to the questions given. The candidate can only answer those questions with respect to the knowledge that has been garnered from working in a specific project. So the interviewer was probably there with a preemptive set of questions & answers and he wanted the candidate to reply to the exact same answers he must have documented. Therefore I believe the interview was bit amateurish and not relevant at all when it comes to dealing with what was mentioned in the Job Description.

Questions were mostly not from my domain and therefore it seemed a bit odd that the interviewer persisted with asking question indifferent questions with respect to other domains. Amatuerish interview to say the least. The first round was more professional and in tune with the agenda and JD provided when I applied for the position.

Entretien
I had 2 interview rounds, first with HR and the second one was technical.
The HR person and the technical interviewers were very professional and polites. The process was very well organized and I received a good feedback from the company

El proceso fue ameno, aunque se contactaron distintos recruiters por la misma posición sin diferencias en la oferta. Al parecer no hay una BD unificada de candidatos. En la primera entrevista mencione remuneracion pretendida y luego de 4 instancias me dijeron que no podian pagarme lo que habia pedido. Esto podria mejorar y tener esa informacion en la primera entrevista hubiera servido para no avanzar

3 round of process, general, technical, manager round
But the main issue is WITH thier HR/ recruitment coordinator.
They never respond on your email or call if you need any help or update. Only time they will respond if they need any inputs or information from candidate
Globant please look into this issue in your company. This issue is not faced by me it's generic opinion for your company in market.
Your HR/recruitment team members not responding to candidates, they must have courtesy/professionalism to respond if candidates is selected or not. In my case and my knowns Person is Akshatha R,
