Total waste of Time Round one was Technical, Round two was Mgr+Technical, They told me I have cleared the rounds but in the end they put me on hold (in other words, they found a candidate who was asking less salary than me) They do this generally i have seen many of my friends getting treated like this and denied offer at the end even after clearing rounds. I declined many offers because i really wanted to join Globallogic and even extended a joining date for another organisation. TIP: Do not be totally dependent on the offers from this organisation, keep this as a backup instead because they will treat you the same.

I had 2 screening rounds for the Cloud Engineer profile.
Virtual Screening Round – completed first.
F2F HLD / Resume-Based Round – conducted at the Nagpur office.
The process was initially virtual, and I was processed for the Cloud Engineer profile. I had to follow up/push to get the next round scheduled.
The interview process usually has several stages. First, there is an HR interview where they ask about your experience and motivation.
