Its quite competitive with a proper rounds conducted. The interaction and communication being the best part and the skills are tested. One coding round followed by multiple interview rounds and HR round.

I had 2 screening rounds for the Cloud Engineer profile.
Virtual Screening Round – completed first.
F2F HLD / Resume-Based Round – conducted at the Nagpur office.
The process was initially virtual, and I was processed for the Cloud Engineer profile. I had to follow up/push to get the next round scheduled.
The interview process usually has several stages. First, there is an HR interview where they ask about your experience and motivation. Then, there can be a technical interview with questions about your skills. In tech jobs, you may also have live coding or a practical task. Finally, they discuss salary and next steps.
