Three stage interview, there's initial chat with their lovely talent acquisition manager who will assess suitability first before starting interviews, first with BA manager, second is HR manager and as this a consultancy an interview with the client. From the out set Sam their recruiter was easy to talk to and very accommodating and never put me under any pressure. The interviewers were really great and friendly, they put you at ease and want to know you as a person, then assess the different aspects of the job requirements. I came out of the interview feeling energised rather than drained, and that they would be great bunch to with. I can't recommend high enough.
