HR Called me from Naukri Portal and I attended the interview on 21 MAY 2021 for Bangalore Belandur Location, Mode was Google Meet There was a technical discussion on PHP the interview who was taking his name was "Amit Joshi" - First of all, he is not having the manner to talk with the candidate, always telling "no" when he did not get the answer which he knows and when comes to SQL he simply asks a question which we rarely use during development. When I tried to get the answer from MySQL setup which was there on my laptop, he is telling me we don't have 5 hours, in fact, it was 5-minute work in MySQL admin. Then I told i to take an interview and I don't react like that to answers and thanks and disconnected the call, My suggestion whoever is giving an interview with like those types of interviewers kindly don't give an interview with this guy, because he is arrogant. also, he was 10 minutes late on the scheduled time. These kinds of Interviewer does not deserve 0 stars also by the way HR Was Polite. Finally don't attend this interview. If AMIT Joshi is reading this my suggestion to him - You are not going to get a medal by doing this

The Interviewers not only assessed my Technical Skills but also checked my Experience, Background, Previous roles and in general about my management skills. They would give me situations and check how I would react to them. The special thing is they test you on both, theory and work exp. They are just not satisfied with rote learning and try to deeply understand a candidate's capability which fascinated me even though I interviewed with companies much larger in size and with much revered work cultures. So I went in by applying for a PHP Developer position but instead was offered an IT Consultant Position, so keep that in mind and try to show your full profile rather than the Job Description only.
