I was interviewed in Google gurgaon office by GL employees. Everything was well managed, and the interviewers were supportive, nice and easy to talk to though their questions were not.
Then there was a casual face to face interaction with two other employees.

First was a written test: javascript, spline in javascript, transaction property in dbms, few aptitude questions- speed, area, P n C,

Then technical round- asked about current developments or discoveries in IT industry, a lot from my resume.

Second round: Face to Face interview (DSA question related to String, pattern like start, some python question and some question related to Database).

I had 2 screening rounds for the Cloud Engineer profile.
Virtual Screening Round – completed first.
F2F HLD / Resume-Based Round – conducted at the Nagpur office.
The process was initially virtual, and I was processed for the Cloud Engineer profile. I had to follow up/push to get the next round scheduled.
The interview process usually has several stages. First, there is an HR interview where they ask about your experience and motivation. Then, there can be a technical interview with questions about your skills. In tech jobs, you may also have live coding or a practical task. Finally, they discuss salary and next steps.
