Got offered an interview after submitting resume at college career fair.
Around 30mins long. First 5 mins to do pattern recognition test. Total of 4 interviewers. No technical questions asked.

Entretien
There were 2 stages of interview:
1. In-school career fair interview: I do not even know it was an interview. We were just chatting casually about what this company is all about especially I am trying to understand what this particular role is doing.
2. Interview with 1 hiring manager, 1 future colleague and 1 HR personel. This is quite an easy interview process as they only ask us about how we handle a situation more than anything. There is a simple IQ Test and engineering test revolving about Takt time also.
