I attended a job fair for a pre screen interview. One meeting with an HR rep to discuss salary requirements and benefits. One meeting with the hiring manager to discuss the resume and talk about work experience. One more interview with a technical expert in person. Two phone call follow up interviews one with the technical expert and one with the hiring manager.

Hiring manager asked mostly general resume and experience questions. No behavioral interviewing questions were asked.
The technical experts asked question about specific equipment experience. He wanted past case studies on troubleshooting and problem solving techniques.
