The process that I went through was by campus placements where in the shortlisted candidates are required to attend an technical interview and the shortlist is based on academic merit, technical session was preceded by a telephonic round which was more on formal basis of knowing details of candidates and in technical interview we were asked about the basics of market research and life sciences basics because one should work in that pursay , the overall experience is good
