J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez GlobalData (Londres, Angleterre) en mars 2018
Entretien
I was contacted almost 3 months after submitting my CV online. The internal recruiter said that the initial call would be a scoping interview in regards to some of the details of my CV and what I am on at the moment. He asked questions about an overlap on my CV and I believe he tried to catch me out without understanding the environment in which I operated - and use it as weapon for the next bit. Upon finding out what my salary is he weirdly offered a lower salary and very quickly ended the conversation once knowing that I will not take a pay cut. It clearly wasn't about my skills, I was meant to be a cog in a machine. And they ask to have a PhD for that (!), which is completely unnecessary as they offer graduate's starting salary.

Entretien
First it was a call to state interest in my profile, and then a three step process. Two sets of interviews with regular questions about my cv. The second one was in three sections, first with some Directors, and then a couple more with different team members. Last step was a technical interview to test for Excel and English skills
