Initial phone interview from a member of the in-house recruitment team (didn't call when scheduled), second phone interview with senior members of staff, written test, 2 hr on-site interview with 4 panels of different people - not very prepared all asked very similar questions, employees didn't seem overly enthusiastic/happy in their roles. Were meant to let me know the outcome of the interview 2 days after - didn't hear back till 3 weeks after, despite emailing to enquire.

First it was a call to state interest in my profile, and then a three step process. Two sets of interviews with regular questions about my cv. The second one was in three sections, first with some Directors, and then a couple more with different team members. Last step was a technical interview to test for Excel and English skills
