It was two round interview process. First phone interview followed by written test.
Phone interview was oriented towards core understanding of the job profile as in the technical round, the written test was a general test - to understand the candidate's aptitude in general Math and English.
People are pretty laid back,office culture can be improved. Work culture is ok- as in internal email communication is discouraged which is a major flaw.

1st is the written exam, if we qualify in that next One interview with senior analyst , if we qualify in that next HR interview., they will select few and offer half of them and keep hold next half

The interview process was easy and over all good. It was not that difficult just accounting and finance concepts should be clear and also stay updated about current affair questions.
It was good consisting of 4 rounds.
First round group discussion and second round written test consists of different sections maths aptitude english and essay writing and other topics.
Third round is the technical round.
Fourth round about the core technical with senior employee.
