Went through my resume, asked about former experience, bragged about their school. I had to give a demo lesson, they critiqued me afterwards, then gave me a tour. Felt a bit snobby.

Entretien
First interview was by Skype. Casual conversation. Asked me about my experience in teaching and what books I've done. Also if I can relocate. Second interview was meeting face to face. Very casual, no dress code. They show you the school and the area and tell you about the place. The interview was pretty smooth and not too difficult.

Entretien
Very very casual. I just sat with the Director and spoke with him. I send the Director an email directly (email on their website) with a good cover letter explaining that I was looking for work. He called me a week later and scheduled me for a face-to-face interview. It was informal and he is such a nice guy.
