The first interviewer arrived 15 minutes late, the CEO was 30 minutes late. Poor interview, no respect for the candidates time and lacking professionalism. Very authoritarian style of business. First question was relating to in office 5 days a week and willing to travel and work late at short notice. Which was part of the brief and already confirmed with the recruiter.
