Same experience as others mentioned. Got a recruiter call without scheduling. Then I had 1st round interview in Jan, the interviewers were nice. Then I got an assignment. They ghosted after the assignment... And they even mentioned a no-ghost policy (1 week) in emails. Why? If they cannot make it.

First, the recruiter called me without scheduling a phone screening in advance. Then I went through multiple stages, including a portfolio presentation to the design team, a challenging and time consuming take home assignment, and an in person presentation of that assignment. Afterward, I was told I would receive an update within one to two weeks. I followed up, but never received a response. After completing four stages of interviews and investing significant time and effort, including taking time off to attend in person, I believe it is reasonable to expect at least a courtesy email informing me of the outcome.
