I received an email from a recruiter asking for my availability for an interview, I provided my availability dates and was then scheduled for an interview two days later with the VP of Project Management. 15 minutes before the video conference interview I received an email from the recruiter letting me know that the interview had been canceled because the hiring manager decided to look for additional qualifications. At this point, my resume should have been reviewed at least two times. It makes no sense for the sudden change of qualifications 15 mins before the interview
