The phone screening stage had 15 questions, each with a one-word to one-sentence answer, about the Java programming language and some CS trivia. These questions were pretty easy. The second interview was in-person at Global Analyzer Systems' office in Calgary. There were some basic questions about salary, what I enjoy most about programming, etc. and then there were two whiteboard-style programming questions. The first question was about array manipulation and it went okay. The second question was about linked-list manipulation and I struggled with that one, which is why I didn't get an offer.
