My interview was an initial telephone interview scheduled with two of the the team at Gleam. I answered the phone to be met with "sorry if we don't sound too energetic we've been on the phone alllll day", which in my opinion was unprofessional and RUDE. It insinuated that they did not want to speak to me at all and that I was just one of so many other hopefuls. The rest of the conversation was fine and went well, however I was never again contacted. I followed up with my contact twice across the next two weeks to enquire as to whether I will be moving forward with the application process and after two emails was told "I will hear back Friday", that was several weeks back and I have not received any correspondence since. If I wanted to be ghosted I would have re-downloaded Tinder...
