I have applied online and a recruiter reached me regarding interview process and sent cognitive, predictive and coding assessment and the tests were easy and i secured 100% scores in those tests and next day the recruiter sent a rejection email that they have got an internal candidate reference and they are highly interested in him. Its true waste of time

HR Screen + hacker rank style take home assignment, didn't move to next stage. There were a few technical questions requiring verbal responses and the expected 'what did you learn?' and 'what were you proud of?' questions
