I didn't even get through to the other stage. I was given an exercise to do which was irrelevant to the post. The exercises were on data excel sheets and how to do the basic excel work.

Interviewed with HR rep in the application country - Malawi. Launched straight into personal stuff with little introduction and no screen camera on, very impersonal. Was invited to do the Skills Test - Excel / Word within a week but at the appointment two hour window, the app they were using didn't spit out the two documents. Emails went unanswered for 3 days. Another time was set up to do the Skills test again. After submitting I didn't hear receive any further correspondence. Very unprofessional and if it reflected the Malawi operations I'm glad the relationship was terminated.
