The recruiter reached out to me for the mid-market account executive position and then during the 6 minutes discussion we had he said that they are looking for someone with at least 5 years of closing experience and that MAYBE they had an ISR position for SMB but he needs to talk to his team and stuff. Why couldn't he do that before my call since he already knew I didn't have any closing experience (if he took the time to read my CV)? Why didn't he mention in the email that they were not gonna interview me (at all) for the Mid-market account executive position? so unprofessional

Presentation My experience was positive throughout the entire process unfortunately I had to chase HR to finally get a response 4 weeks after my interview despite being told to get a response within a week.
