Not professional. First screening was great. However coming on the first interview with the hiring manager, he postpones the interview a few minutes before the interview time. After done with the first interview, I waited for 2 weeks to receive feedback to move with 2nd interview and it got worst. The interviewer doesn't show up and reply me with an email mention that he is busy and need to postpone the call. After completing the 2nd interview, waited for another 2 weeks with poor response from the HR, finally moving to the 3rd interview however the agenda is the same as the 2nd agenda. Upon asking what is happening, HR told me that this is a mistake and will sort it out for me. Lastly, after another week of waiting, HR DM in LinkedIn saying they have found the right candidate and this role is no longer available. Thank you Gitlab for such a good experience
