Total 3 rounds 2 technical 1 with manager. Interview went very good.then they told me to leave for the day. Next day HR told me that we can not give you that much salary. We can hire you on your current salary. I thought company is good so i accept the offer. HR told me ik i will send the offer letter you plz share the imp documents. After few days when there was no offer i called her. Thing is that manager did not select you because you are working in start up. And you do your juniors and seniors tasks too. So this thing he did not like.. i was so surprised to hear about the mentality of the people. Ver bad exp. If you go for the manager round then please be fake and never tell the truth. Then may be you can get selected..
