"Initial Screening Call" that was an hour long and was told there would be several more rounds if I made it past. The interviewer was very condescending, many of the questions were redundant, making it hard to answer them without sounding redundant. The interviewer wasn't well spoken and seemed like she wished she could have been anywhere else. I was hesitant to take this interview after reading the horrible Glassdoor reviews about working there but decided to anyways and it was a complete waste of an hour. Never heard back, not even a rejection. The process seemed to match the reviews of what its like to work there -- and all for a job that pays $50k to people living in New York City

Three rounds: screen call, zoom with community leaders, and final call with HR. The longest call is with the community leaders. I interviewed with all three at the same time, and they each ask 3-4 questions, which is weird because they all did different roles within the organization.
