I did an interview online first, followed up a writing test, personality test and eventually an in person interview. The team were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable, despite the obvious nerves you'd have during any interview process. They asked standard competency based questions and more specific questions about my approach to content writing and editing, as well as for further details of my experience from my CV - it's always nice when they have obviously actually read it before an interview! I was disappointed when they closed the vacancy after reassessing their business needs but understand the current climate. They also gave detailed and helpful feedback, which was lovely.

Very detailed and conducted over three meetings with several members of staff, alongside a copywriting test and psychometric testing. Very interested in candidates as real people and working out whether they'd fit in.
