The initial phone screen was set up through e-mail, the initial phone call was around 20 minutes with an overview of expectations and job details, and a chance to ask/answer a few questions. Second step was to have an in-person interview at the office which lasted around 45 min. Final step was to accept the offer of employment verbally, and then electronically.
