Applied online then had a phone screening with recruiter.
Invited on-site for an interview at their Dearborn Offices. Interviewed with the group manager and HR representative. The interview took about 1 hour.

Phone interview, the interviewee seemed friendly. The questions were pretty basic and it was for an entry level position. FYI, average salary values from Glassdoor don't necessarily correlate to an entry-level salary.
