I was contacted me a recruiter and we discussed the role over the phone very professionally and laid back. I was informed that the interview with hiring manager will be SIX weeks later but he would try to have me talk to the team sooner. That did not happen so over a month and a half later i had my interview with the hiring manager. That went great and i was sped through the process. Then i was informed that they're still interviewing other people and would be several MONTHS! When companies don't move fast with me and want to keep interviewing, it means i do not have what the hiring manager is looking for. you should cut those candidates loose quickly and not make them feel like they are plan b or plan D at this point. I thought that was rude. not surprised they did not pick me for the job.
