The interview process was average. Interviewed via telephone with a recruiter who asked me to explain my experience and asked if I had direct experience with processes listed in the job description. Next interview was virtual with the hiring manager who asked about my experience as it directly related to the role. The following week, I interviewed onsite with the hiring manager and the VP of HR. Both employees were friendly and didn’t read question off of a list. They asked about 5 questions each.
