Slow and unprofessional. As a candidate I pushed HR for every stage to remember myself and at the end after they did not respond for a long time, I got another offer from their competitor and when they learned about that they made an offer within a day. Such unprofessional company.

The process included a recruiter screening, a skills-based interview, and a final interview with the team lead. Each interviewer was well-prepared and asked insightful questions. I appreciated the timely communication and clear feedback at each step

Typical Recruiter - Team Manager - Hiring Manager interview pipeline. But after the hiring manager phase, they just dont answer anymore. This happened to me twice where I was left in a blank state by the recruiters.
Hr interview and meeting with team members. Friendly team members but unorganized company. Scope of work is not well defined. I didn’t get clear answers to my questions. Questions were standard and predictable.
