Pros: Good session meeting and interviewing with the software developers. It was refreshing to see a company have a talk and discuss feedback on take at home assignments as oppose to other interviews where you get no feedback at all. Cons: What soured my experience was that one of the higher ups tried low balling me in terms of salary when I tried getting the fair market value at the time. Hopefully the software devs are treated and paid right.
