We had a quick initial perfunctory phone interview discussing salary requirements, availability etc. Then a face-to-face interview with prospective manager was scheduled about two weeks later. This was quickly (1 week later) followed up with 2+ hour interview with various executives that you'd either report up through or support their teams.
