After submitting a resume and cover letter there was an interview scheduled. At that interview I had a personal meeting with the man in charge who asked me many different questions. At the conclusion of that meeting I was offered an opportunity to 'give it a try'.

Quick. There were at least six other attorneys in the waiting room to be interviewed. We each went in and met with several attorneys, did a tour, and then met Mr. Geraci, himself.
