J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gepik (Suwŏn, Kyonggi) en févr. 2012

I went through a recruiter who places teachers all over Korea. I wanted to work in the public school sector, so I asked my recruiter to find available positions that would fit my start date time frame. I was given a few options and had phone interviews with those schools. After the schools expressed their interest in hiring me, I had to choose which job I would prefer to take, sign their contract, and then return it with my necessary visa paperwork.

A lovely company called Korvia helped me find my job. When you first contact the recruiters through their website, you will be scheduled a recruiter who will shoot a few emails between you, and will schedule a skype interview. After completing a skype interview, they will tell you that they are happy (hopefully) to recommend you to principals of various schools in the Gyeonggi-do province surrounding Seoul. When they match you with a school, you still have to interview with that school via skype. I was passed up on 3 different schools before I landed the PERFECT school in Gwacheon. Such wonderful memories.
