J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Geox (Toronto, ON) en sept. 2018
Entretien
Interview was very typical. One on one with the manager outside the store where she explained to me the job and went through my resume asking me about the things that I’ve done at my previous positions. I did not have selling clothing/commission type experience and she was trying to see whether I’d be able to do that as GEOX, since you are required to push the clothing in order to make commission.

Question 1
I was asked to try and sell my jacket to the interviewing manager, in order to make her want to buy it.

Entretien
The interview process was quite thorough, extending over a series of almost five questions, which predominantly focused on my knowledge and understanding of shoes. Throughout the interview, I found myself grappling with nerves, a testament to the importance I placed on the opportunity. Despite the pressure, the interviewers maintained a professional yet inviting atmosphere, which slightly eased my tension. Notably, the company's consideration for its employees was evident through their provision of a uniform, a small yet significant gesture that hints at the organization's culture and values. This aspect of the interview left a positive impression, suggesting a supportive work environment.
ugh.
J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Geox (Londres, Angleterre) en janv. 2014
Entretien
Simple, basic interview, background knowledge on the company required. Completed one interview then they sent me to a different store which was Marble Arch. With out knowing, I had another interview and then a trial for four hours to assess my sales technique. Hiring process was long and took over a month.
