I had a phone screening with a recruiter that was fluid and simple. The interviewer was given a list of questions asked by the developer team that she asked me to gauge my knowledge of the tools and frameworks required on the job.

Terrible interview experience. Very unprofessional. 1. The recruiter arrived a few minutes late. 2. She mentioned she had issues with her camera so instead she just showed me a background and i was not able to see her at all during the interview. She did not even offer to ask me to close my camera and this experience felt very uncomfortable. 3. She did not tell me anything about the company nor the role. 4. She had a monotone through out the whole interview and since i was not able to see her face or reactions this felt very uncomfortable. 5. She did not ask me if i had any further questions after we were done. It was obvious the decision was made right away but you could at least be a bit more professional and friendly.
