I got approached by its HR through Linkedin. I wasn't given the JD about the position. I searched its website and tried to learn about this position. However, this position wasn't posted. They scheduled phone interview pretty fast and I got the interview through "Meet". The HR was a little bit late for the interview and started with a question "what 's your view of this position." I had about one hour interview. The last question was "Do you know what RFQ is?"
