High Expectation and Under Delivery! I qualified through all the rounds of interview and it was simpler and after scheduling HR round, they abruptly cancelled the meeting and never rescheduled afterwards. HR(Consultant) who was doing follow up, never return the call or care to give an update. At last, the excuse they gave me was the Org decides to put the position on hold and work on other commitments. Particularly spending one whole month in the overall process, where everybody's time is equally invested this is the kind of feedback I have received. As mentioned by many recent candidates here, this is an ongoing thing with many interviewee's recently and I’m seriously questioning about their MBM principles.
It could have been much worse, say if they fail to honor the offer while I’m serving the notice period in my current org. Very gladly, I could walk out from here without any hesitation.
Request to HR(Consultants) / Companies, its already a difficult time for many of us and each is facing a different emergency in life, so any act of kindness and honesty in employment would really help us immensely. Thanks

It was a really easy interview. Asked questions that were straightforward. Definitely still prepare for it. Important to ask any questions that you may have at the end. Including what do you look for in a successful candidate

Tell me about yourself? What makes you a good candidate?
Went through 3 rounds of interviews and felt very promising. Flew in for a final in person interview. There was a revolving panel of employees who asked questions. Finally was what would be my manager. He was nodding off during my answers (I swear I wasn’t that boring). Either he was pulling overtime and getting no sleep or had some other issue going on. I didn’t get the job.

Starts with the typical recruiter interview where general and situational questions are asked, then 2 more interviews follow. The recruiter ghosted me, which I find highly unprofessional and would think a company like Georgia Pacific had higher standards than that.
