They ask questions like Tell me how would you go about changing a bad bearing. Basic mechanical questions. They are looking for the correct way of doing things not the easy way

It was very interesting and point on. They made it where if u didn’t no your role well u no the rest. And they were able to tell if u wanted to b a team player or not.

Interview process was overly drawn out. 3 hours worth of test that didn't pertain to the job on hand. 4 interviews with people outside the department. After the interviews I was eventually called back after 2 weeks and asked if I was still interested in the job. The shift is a true southern swing shift and it's not for everyone. Including me. Which was not explained at the beginning of the hiring process.
