Entretien
Only had to do a phone interview with higher level management - this surprised me. Corporate pretty much left the call up to facility. The site interviews were a full day with the management team at the facility. The interviews at my facility were mostly easy but a couple of the managers knew what they were doing and dug thoroughly. I think they should do a better job training their interviewers. I was responsible for hiring hourly and received no instruction on how to conduct a good interview - I knew how to interview effectively but many of my peers were clueless.

Standard questions. STAR system. At the plant level, the interviewers are not trained on how to conduct a good interview. Those interviews are easy but when you sit down with a trained, experienced manager, they ask good questions.

Entretien
The interview process consists of asking questions based off of behavioral awareness and leadership. You are asked about certain times in your life where you were put in a difficult situation and how you reacted to that situation. They want to know if you have common sense and can problem solve on the go.

Strictly Behaviorial. Information sent via email to you regarding the company is sent for a reason. Review it and think about experience from the past that can give example of how you can relate to the values of the company. You will be ask behavioral questions.

Entretien
A somewhat informal phone interview that focused on resume experience explanations. Part of the interview introduced their management model, corporate processes and expectations for the position at the Milan, MI facility. Experience with union employee management was also discussed. The position was related to management of a facility that made corrugated paper products for boxes, packaging, etc.
Overall, the HR contact was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I did have to call back to lean the position had been filled.
