Was contacted by a recruiter before the job was listed and after the interview the recruiter was excited and asked me to fill out a questionnaire. I spent several hours filling out this form, which were all questions she asked during the interview. I was provided with a timeline of when I would hear something back and never heard anything. I followed up once, only to be ghosted once again.
