I was called by a recruiter who matched me up with the position. I was set up for an appointment for a phone call. During that phone call I was asked a series of Basic Knowledge questions by the hiring manager and security manager on SharePoint Administration. Very nice interview process which went very smoothly. The very next day I was offered the position.
