There was a HR phone screen after my application was submitted then I had to do a personality skills assessment test. After that I had an interview with the regional manager then I came back a second time to interview with the entire team. And the 3rd interview was with the IT global director then the 4th interview was with the CFO. Then I waited a week and was hired.
